Each piece is crafted in limited capsules. Placing an order confirms your intent to purchase and begins the made-to-order process. Order numbers (HS-XXXXXX) are issued at checkout and sent to your email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the rare event of a stock, pricing or fulfilment issue, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide; selected pieces may require advance confirmation.

We offer complimentary nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched once finished; estimated timelines are shared at the time of order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

As pieces are produced in small, made-to-order capsules, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original packaging. Custom and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return. To begin an exchange, contact our concierge.

We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order and serve you well — your name, contact, shipping address and order history. This information is used to process orders, communicate with you and improve our service.

We never sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the partners required to deliver your order (e.g. couriers) and is handled with care. You may request access to, or deletion of, your information at any time by contacting us.

Our website uses essential cookies to keep your bag and session working, and minimal analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
